general synoptic situation:

A complex low 990 over the White Sea is moving toward the Lofoten

Islands, weakening. Several troughs are moving from the North Sea

into the Baltic Sea. A low 996 over the Norwegian Sea is moving 

toward southern Norway filling up. An Azores high 1024 is moving 

slightly northeastward. A stationary ridge extending from it 

reaches the Alps. On Tuesday, a secondary low 995 is moving from 

the Skagerrak to the Baltic States as it deepens.

wind: west about 5.

visibility/weather: at times rain with poor visibility.

sea: 2 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: westerly winds about 4.

visibility/weather: mainly good visibility.

sea: 1,5 meter.

Fischer:

wind: west about 5, northeastern part first light and variable 

winds.

Skagerrak:
