general synoptic situation:

A complex low 991 Lapland is moving toward the Lofoten Islands 

while weakening. Several troughs are swinging from the North Sea 

to the Baltic Sea. A secondary low 998 is moving southeastward 

from the Skagerrak while deepening and will reach the 

southeastern Baltic Sea as a gale by Wednesday night. A high 1024

far west of the Iberian Peninsula is moving slightly 

northeastward while weakening slightly. One ridge remains 

stationary over the Alps, while another is swinging from the 

British Isles toward the North Sea while strengthening.

wind: west about 5, eastern part for a time locally 7, shifting 

northwest.

visibility/weather: at times rain or shower with partly poor 

visibility.

sea: northeastern part later 2,5 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: westerly winds about 4, later abating.

visibility/weather: first locally shower with moderate 

visibility.

sea: humber for a time 1,5 meter.
