A low 990 Barents Sea moves slightly westwards, while 

weakening. A secondary low 1006 Gotland moves into the St 

Petersburg area while deepening. A secondary low 1004 

Gothenburg area moves towards the central Baltic Sea while 

deepening. A high 1022 Ireland moves towards the east 

coast of the British Isles. A ridge swings slightly 

eastwards from Iceland to the Norwegian Sea, another from 

central Germany to Austria.
