An extensive high 1030 over central Russia changes little. A 

ridge extending to southern Norway retreats to western Russia. A 

deep low 977 over the Celtic Sea moves northwestward while 

filling up. A trough west of the Bay of Biscay moves to France. 

Starting in the evening, a low 995 will move from southern 

Germany to eastern Germany.
