general synoptic situation:	

A slightly filling low 982 Barents-Sea is heading south to 

West-Russia. An extensive high-pressure zone 1041 Scotland to 

West-Ukraine weakens while shifting west a little. In doing so, 

it will merge with another Atlantic high, that will bring a new 

high center 1042 south of Iceland. A multi-core low-pressure 

system 1007 Portugal to Sardinia is gradually filling.
